![]() During her time at SoDel Concepts, the restaurant group has grown significantly, adding five new restaurants, and acquiring an additional three. In 2020 Danielle was promoted to Vice President of Operations, in her current capacity she oversees all operations for the entire company. In 2018 Danielle was promoted, and assigned two additional properties to oversee, Fish On and Matt’s Fish Camp in Lewes. A new property for the growing company, Danielle was succesfull at leading the team at the The Clubhouse at Baywood and all that it entailed into line with the systems and standards that SoDel Concepts is known for. In 2016 Danielle joined SoDel Concepts as a Director of Operations at the Clubhouse at Baywood, overseeing all operations on the property including the restaurant, the wedding and event facility, the concessions operation and the cart services on the golf course. During her twelve-year tenure at Eden she also became the director of operations and events coordinator. It was during this time that she decided to attend The Restaurant School in Philadelphia where she received a degree in pastry arts.ĭanielle has worked as pastry chef for local restaurant icons LaLa Land, The Back Porch Café, and Eden. Throughout college Danielle worked in local restaurants and upon graduation relocated to Rehoboth Beach where there was a vibrant, if small, restaurant scene.
